City Information City Map

Bicincittà service in Cuneo is available from 7.00 to 21.00 hours and counts over 1000 members who ride the 60 public bikes at their disposal.  There are 5 bike stations and 70 bicycle-parking columns located at: Stazione FF.SS. ( train station), Piazza Foro Boario, Piazza Audiffreddi ( city hall address), Piazza Torino , near the bus terminal and Piazza Europa.

Card issuing
It is very easy: citizens must go to a front office and obtain a Bicincittà card by showing a valid ID and signing the service agreement. A security deposit of € 10,00 is requested. Each Bicincittà member will be given a personal padlock to secure the rented bike.

Those who already own the card can enable it at Ufficio biciclette (Piazza Torino, 1 – first floor – opening time: Monday-Friday, 9-12 am ) where they have to subscribe a new service contract. It is important to show: Bicincittà card, valid ID, tax code)

Bike pick up
During the rental period, users momentarily may park the bike at any city racks to secure it using their personal padlock. This object, light and small, is given after the subscription.

After use, bikes must be returned at any bike station in good conditions because they will be taken by someone else.

This means full flexibility and allows total integration with public or private means of transports.

When users return the bike, they just have to flash the card in front of the optical reader of a free columnar bike stand.

The card has no limit and if he decide  to stop the subscription he is given back his security deposit.

Thanks to Mr. Pellegrino and Mr. Gautero of the environmental office for their help.
